Take the pledge to eat less meat.  Maybe you’re not ready to drop it whole hog so to speak but…

Cutting back on meat not only helps the environment; it also lowers your risk of serious health problems such as obesity, heart disease, stroke and some types of cancers.

    I am a vegetarian, have been for over 30 years. Do I still sign the pledge Jude?

    Great Myrna! You are doing much for the planet. I think the pledge is for those who haven’t given meat up yet.
